These seminars prayed on unsophisticated investors like myself who were looking to purchase a property and also
gain a property “education”. Over the day the crowd was brainwashed by a constant barrage of information, future growth
cycles and the need to "Take action"not to suffer from "Analysis Paralysis" and "Take more action"

Global1 group also had veteran Life coach John Demartini in their ranks, he was excellent at explaining the need
to create wealth through property and the importance of a team to help you along the way hmmmmm maybe a Global1 team.

Dr. John Demartini was able to establish social proof of a trustworthy individual through stories, presence and credentials.
Dr. Demartini involvement in the sales tactic isn't to be underestimated, John's an excellent public speaker, motivator and salesman.

Towards the end of the day was a speaker Rowan Burn from his company Market First introduced an award winning,
architecturally designed, environmentally conscious subdivisions on the outskirts of Bendigo.

The subdivision was going to take advantage of Victoria's rail network upgrades have its outdoor cinema, leisure centre,

The brochures were glossy, full of architecturally designed buildings and streetscapes from world renowned architects Fender Katsalidis.
There was only one thing missing..... This was all fake.
There was no subdivision and there never was.
I was one of the victims of the scam yet I wasn't alone, Rowan Burn's had no prejudice when it came to scamming people, everyones
money was up for the taking, his greed knew no bounds.

I lost over $50,000 dollars in this land banking development scam, not only the money was taken I also fell into depression, the stress of

I'm responsible for my actions, some may say I should have looked into the project with more research, this was a heart wrenching lesson.
